Returns & Exchanges
Our main goal is for you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, please click here to request an exchange.
All returns must be requested within 14 days of order delivery. Once your return has been approved, it must be shipped back to us within 14 days. We offer free shipping on exchanges and returns* store credit only, see guideline.
If your piece is not eligible for return as it is outside of the return window, you can try to sell it through our pre-loved marketplace to someone in our community. Please note, we have no touch-points on this platform and if you have any issues you can reach out directly to Re-Mint's Customer Service.
International orders are up to our customers to ship back for exchanges or returns due to customs. We cannot generate a shipping label for you.
We do not issue refunds but are happy to issue a store credit for a return or an exchange.
Please note:
- All items that are marked down by 40% or more or are marked as clearance or final sale are final sale and not retroactive.
- We produce small batches of clothing. If the item you are returning/exchanging is sold out, we are happy to give you store credit and add you to a list to be the first to be notified when the product comes back in stock. Just let us know!
- All merchandise, of course, must be returned unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with the original price tags intact.
- Store credit via electronic gift card never expires.
We have the right to deny any store credit returns/exchanges if it does not meet our policy requirements. This isn't because we are mean. This is because people try to return crazy things with stains and after years of wearing and it is just nuts. Pro tip: send the package back to us via traceable carrier and insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.
